Hello there March! It´s finally time to share my February favorites with you all. I am very picky with what kind of products that I use, so I always make sure that the ingredients is simple and good quality and of course vegan.
I have chosen to favorite these products because I have truly been loving them this month and I really want to recommend each product that I show with you. So without further ado, here are my favorite beauty products of this month:

ACURE repairing shampoo and conditioner
My hair has been thanking me for using these two sisters this month for sure.
In the cold winter here in Norway, they have been just amazing for moisturizing and repairing my hair. The smell is nice, the shampoo foams very good and the conditioner leaves my hair shiny and nourished. The 700ml bottles will last a good while for sure. These products will be perfect for those who have dry and damaged hair, or want to give your hair some extra hydration. With the argan oil it will definitely give your hair some extra nourishment.

Vanity planet spin brush
I´ve heard and read so much about this spin brush, that I could no longer resist on buying it for myself. With a coupon code I was able to get 70% off, wich means this brush set was pretty cheap.
I will say that this brush has taken over my clearisonic for sure. Not saying that the clearisonic is bad, but this one is just a little bit better in my opinion. It´s easy to use, and it does the job and more so.
Honestly, it feels like I´m getting a massage on my face when I am using it. I was so surprised because I did not expect it to be this good for the amount of price I did buy it for.
I would highly recommend getting one of these to use in your skin care routine. It get´s rids of all the dirt from the pores and exfoliates the skin so nicely!

Collagen supplement
After I gave birth and after all the breastfeeding comes the hair loss situation. I lost a lot of hair, and my skin got very dry. So I just discovered this collagen supplement that is 100% plant-based and vegan. And after reading about the benefits with taking collagen supplements I thought that I would give it a try. I honestly did not see a huge different in the beginning, but now I have lots of baby hair that is coming through, and my hair growing faster than ever, and my skin feels tighter. Some of the benefits of taking collagen is reducing wrinkles, tighter skin, improves the skin elasticity, reversing age of skin and plumping up the skin. This is like pure gold for skin, hair and nails, totally recommend!

Kora Organics Tinted day cream
I have just been loving this tinted day cream for my neck. Since it´s winter and so dark outside, I have been getting minimal sun on my body, and therefore is my foundation now become a little bit too dark. So, since using this I´ve been getting a nice transition from my neck to the face without looking like I have a mask on my face. It looks very smooth and nice on the skin without any harsh missed spots. You can also build the color if you want or mix it with your moisturizer.
I can´t wait to use this one more in the summer when I got a tan on!

Nubian Heritage body lotion
This body lotion smells absolutely amazing, I have no words on how much I love this one! I have mine with coconut & papaya.
It´s kind of a tick lotion that really hydrates the skin for hours after you put it on. And I also feel like this bottle has been lasting for a good while now as well. I will definitely recommend using this if you have a dry skin! My legs went from super dry winter skin to moisturized shiny summer legs after just using it once, it´s just such a great product!

Nubian Heritage Mango butter
This amazing mango butter with shea oil and vitamin C is from the same brand as the body lotion above. And this one smells really good as well. I really like this one because it´s more thicker and sticky than a regular body lotion. So if you have a place on your body that is more on the drier side for example your knees and elbows, this one is amazing for that. I also like to use this one on places where I have stretch marks. I have also been using this one on my daughters cheeks where she used to be a little dry.
Absolutely a really good and all around natural product!

So that completes my favorites for this month! Have you tried anything or do see something you want to try out? Tell me in the comments!

The last two weeks I have been working out at home since the new year started. I am a member at the gym, but I wanted to focus more on my flexibility and technic before the new dance semester is starting this week.
I will do an update routine when I have started with dance classes and lifting weights again.
This workout routine has only been something I´ve done to get the body started again after the christmas holiday.
So I usually do this workout every second day, and the other days I would focus on the upper body.

I start with warming up to this basic Pilates workout:

And then I do this booty workout! It burns so good if you don´t stop and just continue until your done with the first leg. Repeat X2 on each leg if you can! (Skip to 4:55 for the workout) :

After I´m done with those above I would do some leg raises in turn out, turn in and parallel. And then I will finish with a good flexibility training as the one below.
(Btw, she has 7 day´s of split flexibility workout on her channel, I´ve done them all and still do them everyday. They are really amazing to get deeper into your splits. Just thought I would share that with you if you want to improve your flexibility.)

So there you have my current workout routine at home. No equipment needed!
My splits have improved and I feel stronger, but I am ready to challenge myself again in dance classes and at the gym.

Happy New Years everyone!

I took these photos of polar stratospheric clouds right outside of our apartment on New years eve.
It was impossible to capture how it looked in real life, but oh well. It was like rainbow-colored skies, insanely gorgeous.
I never knew this existed until now. Mother earth is magical!

Have you ever seen polar stratospheric clouds before?

I have been obsessed with products, tips and tricks on getting flawless skin since I was a teenager. And now, many years later I feel like I have pretty good knowledge on how to get beautiful skin. I will do many blog posts about skincare and skin tips in the future. But for today I want to share with you my winter skincare routine.

Right now I only use the brand Kora Organics by Miranda Kerr. One of the best brands in my opinion.
The ingredients in the products are well thought about, natural and organic. Most of the products are cruelty free and vegan as well, which is a huge factor for me.
I also believe that by using one brand is better for your skin since they are intended to complement each other.

You can buy products from Kora Organics HERE.

Step 1:
I always start by removing any make up that I have on my face. I use coconut oil and a damp bamboo cloth, I have found that it works best for my skin and removes all make up very nicely. After that my skin is already super smooth.

Step 2:
If I´ve had any make up on, I always wash my face with the cream cleanser 2 times!
First I massage the cleanser gently in to my face with my fingers and then rinse it off. After that I use my clearisonic with the cleanser to really get all the pores nice and clean. And if I went all make up free one day, I would just use my clearisonic one time with a cleanser.
After cleansing my face my skin is all clean and feels baby soft.

Step 3:
Every second to third day I usually exfoliate my skin, it depends on how I´m feeling that day. Causally I feel like the clearisonic does a pretty good job with removing any dirt and oils from my face. But if I do, I will use the exfoliating cream which is a thin and gentle exfoliation that smooths my skin.

Step 4:
This step I only do once a week! And that is putting on a face mask.
Right now I am using a mud mask that gently purify, detoxifying and replenish the skin. I will do an own blog post about my favorite face mask in the near future.

Step 5:
When my face is fresh and clean I spray the energizing citrus mist all over my face to let dry.
If I feel my skin is dry I use the anti age oil instead. I switch between those two products depending on how I feel my skin is that day. I usually just use the spray.

Step 6:
The final step is of course to moisturize. I use the hydrating day and night cream now in the winter, and it really does hydrate my face tremendously without getting oily or sticky. I am obsessed with that thing. A little goes a long way.

In the morning I just cleanse the face with my fingers and then spray the mist all over the face, followed by gently massaging my face with moisturizer.

So that is my complete skincare routine for the winter.
Tell me in the comments what your favorite skincare brand is and why you like it so much!

Now it´s only 21 days until christmas, and we are almost done decorating the apartment.
Linnea are obsessed with the christmas tree and all the lights. She thinks everything is so pretty and loves to show it to everyone. She also likes all the santa ornaments, it´s so cute!
When we are all done with everything, maybe I will show it to you. Maybe even do a christmas apartment tour.

Are you done with decorating for christmas yet? Let me know in the comments!
