YUM! I have found the best protein thick shake recipe!
It´s super creamy, thick and icy and straight up perfect.
Recently I´ve been making the perfect blend that I know you are going to love too.
It´s high in essential proteins, which makes it perfect for a post-workout shake or a quick breakfast.
I did add strawberries in the blend too, because who doesn’t love chocolate and strawberries mixed together?! Yummy!
I make this after a dance class, after lifting weights, and even after a long nightshift because I´m just addicted.
- 2 Big Bananas – Frozen
- 3 Strawberries – Frozen
Toppedscoop of chocolate protein powder (I use Orgain Chocolate creamy fudge!)
- 1 Tsp Maca powder
- 3 Tsp Chocolate hazelnut butter (I used Jason´s)
- 300 ml Organic Soymilk
Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth!
You can substitute soymilk with any plant milk, and chocolate hazelnut butter with any nut butter. I just found that these were delicious together.
