Having a green protein smoothie has become a daily thing this summer, it´s my favorite thing to have either in the morning as a breakfast or post-workout. This green goodness is filled with plant protein to help build lean muscles but at the same time, tastes delicious!
Blended in with maca powder to help balance hormones, and mixed with a bunch of spinach and barley grass juice powder to ensures you are getting your daily greens and chlorophyll into the blood to get that overall glow.
Glowing Green Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 2-3 Frozen bananas
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 scoop Vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 big handful Spinach
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp Barley grass juice powder
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Put all ingredients in the blender
- Add almond milk accordingly to how you want the consistency
