This summer the summer holiday was spent in Cala d´Or on the Spanish island Mallorca.
This was our first time traveling since covid, so traveling again was really exciting and needed!
We lived in a quiet place in Cala Egos, which is right by Cala d’Or city. It´s a great place to travel with kids and for families in general. It was within walking distance to the beaches and to the main city.

The days were mostly spent at the beach or at the pool.
The Hotel we stayed at was called Club Martha´s, and we had a big beautiful room with a view over the pool area and the city.
Every night at the hotel they had a different type of show, which was so fun for the kids.
I really enjoyed the hotel Café where I spent drinking my morning coffee before the gym and the pool.
Loved how family-friendly the hotel was! I also loved the strawberry daiquiri & strawberry mojito I sipped on every day, yum!

My favorite thing about the summer in another country must be the ice cream, they always have the best ice creams.
My favorites are pistachio, lemon & chocolate flavors.

Highlights of this place are the bathing coves with crystal clear turquoise blue water between cliffs. It makes it unique and different from other beach holidays. In the towns, you can see only white houses with beautiful flowers in the gardens.

On one of the last days, we took a trip to Aqualand in Palma. It was a hot and sunny day and we basically spent all day in the pool and took many different and fun slides! The kids had the best time.

My favorite beach was the beach Cala Egos. The water is so blue and crystal clear, it´s a perfect place for snorkeling and swimming.
I loved the hidden path that took us to the magical cove cliff where it was so beautiful to swim in the ocean.

One notable restaurant was Cala Petita based in Cala d´Or right at the beach.
Their Meny has a modern healthy style to it which I love. Everything we ate was so good and tasty and my favorite cocktail Spicy Mangolita was incredibly delicious so I had to order two!

I asked my daughter what she remember the best from this vacation and it was the pools, Aqualand, the friend she made at the hotel, and the sandwich she ate almost every day for breakfast.
Love making memories with her, that is all that matters to me <3
