Last Day In Paris – Shopping & the Arc de Triomphe

After a peaceful night in the heart of Paris, we woke up feeling energized and excited for our last day in Paris. With so much to explore, we couldn’t wait to dive into all that Paris has to offer. From strolling along the Champs-Élysées to marveling at the grandeur of the Arc de Triomphe, it was a day full of adventure, shopping, and unforgettable moments. Here’s how our second day in Paris unfolded!

Breakfast in Paris: A Cozy Start to the Day

We kicked off our Paris adventure with a delicious breakfast at a cozy spot just around the corner from our hotel. Picture this: creamy avocado toast topped with a perfectly poached egg that oozed just right, paired with a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed juice. The laid-back Parisian vibe added the perfect touch to our meal. It was the ideal blend of fresh, flavorful, and cozy — the perfect way to fuel up for a day of Parisian exploration!

A Stroll to the Arc de Triomphe and Shopping on the Champs-Élysées

After breakfast, we set off on foot toward one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks: the Arc de Triomphe. Walking down the legendary Champs-Élysées, we were surrounded by the lively hustle of this famous avenue, lined with elegant cafés, theaters, and luxury boutiques. It felt like we were right in the heart of the action.

When we finally reached the Arc de Triomphe, we were blown away by its monumental size. We took some time to admire the intricate sculptures and the rich history behind the arch, which commemorates Napoleon’s victories. A quick photo op and a few moments to take in the panoramic views made for a picture-perfect Parisian experience.

Shopping on the Champs-Élysées: A Fashion Lover’s Dream

One of the best parts of strolling along the Champs-Élysées is the shopping, and let me tell you — we took full advantage! From high-end boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Chanel to the beauty haven that is Sephora, there was something for everyone. My daughter was in heaven, exploring the aisles of Sephora and picking out a few fun beauty goodies.

As for me, I couldn’t resist browsing through a few Parisian boutiques, picking up some cute souvenirs to remember our time in the fashion capital. The mix of luxury brands and casual finds on the Champs-Élysées made it a truly unique shopping experience, perfectly blending Parisian elegance and style.
