My Solo Day in Paradise
I arrived a day early, which meant I had a whole day to myself before my daughter arrived. And let me tell you—it was PURE bliss. The views were unreal, the food was a dream, and the beach looked like something straight out of a postcard.
I kicked off the day with a delicious Mediterranean feast—think fresh seafood, crunchy Greek salads, and pastries that made me go back for just one more bite. After lunch, I grabbed a strawberry daiquiri (vacation mode activated!) and headed straight to the hotel’s private beach. The water was crystal clear, the sun was shining, and I felt like I was in my own little slice of heaven.
Later, I took a peaceful stroll along the beach and watched the most magical sunset. The sky was all pinks, purples, and oranges, and I just stood there, soaking it all in. (Pro tip: Don’t miss the sunsets in Cyprus—they’re out of this world!)
By the time evening rolled around, I treated myself to a delicious dinner and ended the day relaxing by our swim-out pool. Yes, you read that right—our pool was literally steps from the room. I could just wake up, grab a coffee, and jump straight in. Dreamy.
The Big Reunion: A Perfect Family Getaway in Cyprus
The next day, my daughter finally arrived, and I couldn’t wait to show her our beautiful resort. She walked in and gasped, “Mom, this place is amazing!” And I have to agree—this luxury resort was everything we could have dreamed of and more.
Located just 10 minutes outside of Ayia Napa, the resort was a peaceful retreat that offered everything families could want. From its own water park for kids to six different restaurants, a variety of pools, and endless activities, there was no shortage of fun! The best part? It was completely safe and kid-friendly, which gave me peace of mind while letting my daughter explore and have fun.
Days Filled with Fun: Pools, Friends, and Delicious Food
Most of our time was spent by the pool, where we could grab cool drinks from the pool bar and soak up the sun. My daughter even made a new friend from England—so cute! Watching them bond over pool games and ice cream made my heart so happy.
And speaking of ice cream… let’s talk about the food. This hotel really knows how to do it right. From the buffet breakfast (with everything from fresh fruit to pancakes) to poolside snacks and dinners that included everything from Greek delicacies to international dishes, every meal was a feast. We didn’t have to worry about anything—just eat, drink, and relax!

One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. Every night, the hotel had a kid-friendly show, from live performances to mini discos and movie nights. My daughter was totally in her element, and I loved seeing her so happy and entertained.
But the fun didn’t stop there. During the day, there were endless activities to keep us busy. Whether we were swimming at the beach or relaxing by the pool, there was always something exciting happening. The resort felt like its own little world, and we loved every second of it!
